Description: deZengo is about the "Art of Beautiful Living." Finding beauty in the strangest places and oddest objects. Being open to the most important discovery of our life--SELF DISCOVERY. It is with an incredible amount of thought and prayer that I finally uncovered the greatest gift I have to share with others. It is something that I can give unselfishly and never regret sharing it. I believe we all have a responsiblity to our fellow humans, brothers, sisters... to share \techniques for surviving adversity. I believe by empowering individuals and teaching them how to discover "self" to address their own areas of weakness and pain. Each individual holds the key to their own destiny inside. Of courese, it is a long arduous walk through many valleys, but self discovery leads us all on the path of enlightenment. It is my hope that as we heal our own pains, angers, fears, regrets...we can begin to heal the world. One tool to begin healing ourselves is Yoga. The benefits of Yoga extend far beyond physical strength and endurance. It establishes the first true mind/body connection that some will ever experience. For others it provides an engergetic boost, stimulates internal organs and glands to function properly, can aid in weight management ... I have found that it also unlocks a part of my subconscience that allows me to connect to God as I begin to care and manage each aspect of my life that effects my body/mind/soul. There are as many types of yoga as there are people who practice it -- and all have merits. As summer approaches and nature provides the most beautiful back drops for outdoor yoga, it is my hope to establish a circle of yoga friends and meet at different locations to enjoy the rewards of the practice and to meet like minded people. Staying flexible enough to change and grow as needed-but basically, the goal is to have Yoga Classes outdoors when possible followed by some quiet meditation and finally open socializing and exchange of ideas. Embrace Life!
